Youth Tennis Advantage (YTA) is seeking a dedicated Tennis Instructor for an on-site role in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will plan and lead individual and group lessons, teach core tennis fundamentals, and reinforce sportsmanship and life skills with young players.
Responsibilities include demonstrations of techniques, drills, safe and inclusive supervision, collaboration with coaches and staff, and regular communication with students and caregivers.

This contract, on-site role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and focuses on delivering high-quality tennis instruction to youth participants. The Tennis Instructor will plan and lead individual and group lessons, teach core tennis fundamentals, and reinforce sportsmanship and life skills on and off the court. Daily activities include demonstrating techniques, organizing drills and games, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and adapting instruction to different skill levels. The instructor will collaborate with other coaches and program staff, communicate regularly with students and caregivers, and support YTA’s educational and life skills objectives. Additional responsibilities may include equipment setup, attendance tracking, and occasional support for events or tournaments.
