Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies, Inc. is seeking a cost estimation and tender management professional to support the development of pre-Contract commercial offers for industrial thermal systems.

You will monitor pricing, refine requirements, and provide feedback to optimize costing alternatives. Responsibilities include converting process design concepts into structured estimates with detailed equipment descriptions, coordinating bids with vendors, and producing internal documents for proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3 years of tender management for industrial/process equipment projects.
• 3 years of cost estimation and bid preparation experience.
• 2 years of experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle).
• 2 years of experience in industrial process system design or specification.

Responsibilities

• Develop pre-Contract commercial offers and monitor pricing for industrial thermal systems.
• Correlate design concepts into structured estimates with detailed equipment descriptions and material requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain bids and costing information for inquiries.
• Generate internal documents to support proposals and corporate review processes.
• Assist in developing internal quantities for third-party construction and bid packages.
