Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the 337th EWS and related units at Eglin AFB, Florida. The role encompasses information management, IT support, system administration, and networking services to enable EW mission testing and development.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an applicable field, and be eligible for an Active Secret clearance. Travel up to 20% is required and relocation is not offered.

Torch Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator

to join a team to assist the 337th Electronic Warfare Squadron (337 EWS), 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 337th EWS and related squadrons develop and test electronic warfare (EW) mission data (MD) for our foreign partners to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. This mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, force development evaluation execution and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate shall provide advice and assistance in support of Operational Information Management (IM) and 337 EWS programs ensuring effective, timely and optimal operation of Information Systems that support the test mission. The work will encompass the activities associated with information management, information technology, automation support, system administration, computer programming, configuration management, training, telecommunications, help desk, operations, customer support, administrative support, technical engineering, and other specialized networking and data communications services. The successful candidate may be required to travel, both domestic and international, so possessing a US passport or having an ability to obtain one is required.

• Level 1: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable discipline.


• Level 2: Bachelor's or Master's Degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience.


• Level 3: Bachelor's or Master's Degree and 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.


• Level 4: Master's Degree and over 10 years of relevant experience.


• Additional experience may be substituted for education with customer approval.


• Ability to Obtain and Maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
