Torch Technologies is seeking a Mission Data Engineer (mid-level) to support the 337th Electronic Warfare Squadron and related units at Eglin AFB, Florida. The role focuses on EW mission data development and validation to enhance aircrew and aircraft survivability, with opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.

Come grow with us!Torch Technologies is seeking a Mission Data Engineer (mid-level) to join a team to assist the 337th Electronic Warfare Squadron (337 EWS), 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 337th EWS and related squadrons develop and test electronic warfare (EW) mission data (MD) for our foreign partners to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. This mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, force development evaluation execution and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will conduct appropriate EW research, MD development and MD testing. The successful candidate will support EW system programming/reprogramming, work with EW system engineers to coordinate programming/reprogramming requirements, prepare validation and verification test plans, and organize and participate in MD configuration control boards. The successful candidate will assist with the collection, recording, and post-test analysis of data generated during MD testing.
