• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field and 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate tenant linkage with community support services.
• Develop quarterly goal plans and review progress with clients.
• Provide individual counseling and support to promote skill development.
• Maintain client records and documentation.
• Attend supervision and staff meetings.
• Stay current with agency compliance documents and trainings.
• Support housing services and maintenance coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.
