Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience at an architectural/design firm.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, Photoshop and Illustrator; Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform space planning for tenant-specific and standardized projects.
• Produce construction documents for pricing and permitting per codes using AutoCAD and Visio.
• Develop designs, details, schedules and specifications.
• Field measure buildings to confirm plan accuracy and update facility data.
• Assist senior staff by selecting finishes, furniture and artwork.
• Ensure appropriate department/tenant involvement.
• All other duties as assigned.
