Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Tenant’s Rights Advocate. You will screen low-income clients for eligibility, assess their legal needs, provide information under attorney supervision, and conduct related research.

Legal knowledge is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged. Starting salary ranges from $41,000 to $52,000 yearly, with annual increases.

Job description

Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Tenant’s Rights Advocate. The position will screen low income clients for eligibility for legal aid, assess their legal needs, provide legal information to clients under the supervision of an attorney and conduct related research. Legal knowledge preferred. Excellent communication and public interaction skills are necessary. Prefer bilingual candidate, English/Spanish.

Starting salary range is $41,000.00-$52,000.00 yearly dependent upon experience with annual increases available. Our excellent benefits include 100% employer paid health insurance for an employee, spouse/domestic partner and dependents up to 26 years old.
