Lee & Associates West LA is seeking a motivated Associate to join our tenant representation team in Southern California. You will work closely with senior brokers on high-profile lease negotiations, market research, and client management, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in CRE or related fields, a relevant degree, and a California real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
2–4 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
Experience in commercial real estate or tenant representation is a plus.
Must have or be willing to obtain a California real estate license.
Proficiency in communication, organization, and multi-tasking.

Mansioni

Lead top-of-funnel business development by engaging C-suite stakeholders through persistent executive-level cold calling.
Assist in identifying suitable commercial spaces for tenant clients based on their needs.
Conduct market research, including comparable property analysis, lease term structures, and vacancy trends.
Support negotiation and execution of lease transactions with favorable terms for the client.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, brokers, and property managers.
Attend client meetings and property tours with senior brokers and provide support throughout the process.
Prepare and review lease documents, proposals, and related contracts.
Assist in creating and presenting market reports and proposals for clients.
Coordinate and manage tenant representation projects from prospecting through lease execution and beyond.
Track market activity and stay up-to-date on spaces, lease rates, and market conditions.
Collaborate with marketing to create client engagement materials and presentations.
Ensure high levels of customer service throughout the lease transaction process.
