Job summary

Leumas Residential is seeking an On-site Relocation Specialist for a temporary four-month position with possible extension, in Durham, NC. You will support a HUD relocation program, coordinating all phases of tenant relocation and working under the Corporate Tenant Relocation Coordinator.

This role is suitable for students, new grads, and professionals seeking a career change. You will receive training and daily guidance, and will play a key part in facilitating smooth tenant moves to better

Qualifications

Experience in management and administrative duties
Proficient data entry skills
Strong business writing abilities
Good public speaking skills
Must be able to pass a background check
Bachelor's degree preferred
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Identify prospective Section 8 landlords in opportunity zones and connect tenants with these landlords.
Provide housing opportunity counseling to tenants to identify homes with access to quality schools and jobs.
Prepare documents and maintain tenant files for accuracy throughout relocation process.
Serve as liaison between tenants and corporate staff.
