Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to deliver professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities in the United States. You will interact with client representatives onsite and coordinate with property/facility management teams to ensure successful execution of services and tenant improvements.

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees.
  • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project and phase to meet objectives.
  • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings for clients and management across design to construction phases.
  • Assist in selecting, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
  • Review requisitions, change orders and invoices with client and management on costs and impacts.
  • Support the marketing of services to clients as requested.
  • Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
  • Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals.
  • Report major problems and recommendations to management.
  • Advise on approvals for organizational changes and expenditures beyond approved budgets.
  • Adhere to laws and regulations including building codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards; stay up to date in the field.
  • Position requires up to 35% travel to remote sites across the United States.
