You will coordinate with client representatives and facility teams, manage budgets and timelines, and oversee consultants and construction partners to deliver tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines to meet project objectives and client needs.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at all design phases.
• Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; discuss costs and impacts with client and property management.
• Support marketing of services to clients as requested.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, laws, and safety regulations.
• Report major issues and recommendations to management.
