CompQsoft Inc. is seeking a contractor with Top Secret clearance to administer Tenable ACAS within the SUBMEPP enclave. The role requires configuring, patching, and monitoring ACAS systems in line with DISA STIGs and DoD policies. Some travel to PNSY for onboarding is expected.

Requirements include a BS in IT, Cyber, CS, IS or DS, Security+, and ACAS experience. Remote work is possible after an initial onsite period; travel expenses are paid.

Qualificações

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• CompTIA SEC+ certification required.
• RHCSA or RH124 certification preferred.
• ACAS experience and DoD policy familiarity required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Tenable ACAS infrastructure and scanning across SUBMEPP enclave.
• Configure servers and scanning per DISA STIG and DoD policies.
• Perform security patching, backup, recovery, and disaster readiness for ACAS systems.
• Monitor, report, and optimize ACAS performance; document incidents.
• Travel for onboarding to PNSY and maintain 24/7 availability as needed.

Requirements

Tenable ACAS Administration:

The contractor shall provide management, configuration, administration, implementation, and optimization of ACAS infrastructure and scanning systems throughout the SUBMEPP enclave. The contractor shall manage technologies and processes to sustain and or improve the performance of the ACAS infrastructure throughout the enclave. The contractor shall configure the servers and scanning systems in conjunction with DISA STIG, DoD policies, and Vendor best practices. At minimum the contractor shall be required to perform the following tasks in support of the task:

Provide support, monitor, and take corrective action as necessary for the Tenable ACAS infrastructure.

Provision SUBMEPP's ACAS infrastructure to support necessary scanning requirements.

Design, plan and implement sound systems infrastructure strategies.

Support the ACAS systems planning, data management, and disaster recovery planning best practices and testing.

Perform all security patching of host systems in compliance with IAV updates, ACAS reporting and Vendor best practices.

Provide backup, recovery and archiving of all ACAS systems configurations.

Perform and enable controls to ensure the ACAS system security posture is in compliance with DISA STIGs and DoD SUBMEPP regulations.

Provide ACAS system performance monitoring via weekly reports provided to SUBMEPP management.

Document incidents using the SUBMEPP ticket tracking system and Knowledge Base articles are published when applicable.

Maintain existing and create new WPs in support of this task.

Provide support, analysis, and incident resolution; via face-to-face, phone, email, or other electronic means IAW Section

Due to the 24/7 availability requirements of SUBMEPP Information Systems in support of Navy Enterprise customers across the globe, emergent response outside of normal working hours may be required by personnel to ensure continued operations. Response outside of normal working hours is unlikely, but possible.

Candidate must have Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or proof of (RH124) Red Hat System Administration I Course.

Candidate should have completed:

• ACAS Operator and Supervisor Course
• ACAS 201 Installation and Administration
• Delinea SecretServer Self-paced e-Learning

Candidates must have Security+, active clearance, ACAS experience, good

communication and engagement, and be willing to travel for a week of on-boarding to PNSY.
