Job summary

Office of State Human Resources, Temporary Solutions, is seeking a Casework Associate I (S) in Wilmington, NC. This temporary role supports pre-employment transition services for students with visual impairments, working with DSBVR staff to deliver services at HHSDDHHS.

The position is located in Wilmington (New Hanover County) with an hourly rate of $19.75. Minimum education includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the program served or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• One year of experience in an area related to program that provides experience in casework or counseling.

Responsibilities

• The duties include working with DSBVR staff in implementing and delivering pre-employment transition services to qualifying students with visual impairments, blindness or deaf-blindness.
