Hillyard, Inc. in Missoula, MT is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our Operations team. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday day shift with competitive pay, a bonus program, and paid holidays/PTO.

You will receive, unload, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, safely operate equipment, and maintain accurate inventory while collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience with pick, pack, and ship processes is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities
