Job summary

Eppendorf in Enfield, CT is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound and outbound logistics. You will compare packing slips with bills of lading and invoices, enter records in SAP WMS, and help maintain accurate stock by labeling and organizing products for production and shipment.

You will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, ensure inventory integrity, and document discrepancies for follow-up. High school diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related warehouse, shipping/receiving or material-handling experience or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Background check and drug screening clearance

How you can make an impact

• Support accurate inbound processing by comparing packing slips of incoming shipments with bills of lading, invoices, and orders, and maintaining files on purchase orders and packing slips.
• Use SAP WMS (after training) and related systems to enter records, perform receipts and create production bundles, including inventory transactions, label creation, assembly and moving finished bundles into stock.
• Ensure inventory integrity by identifying product or inventory discrepancies, processing returns, inspecting materials against finished‑goods standards and correctly barcode‑labeling all products going into stock.
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely to load/unload trucks and move products between warehouse, shipping/receiving and storage areas.
• Prepare outbound shipments by examining stock, packaging products with appropriate materials and skids, affixing accurate shipping labels and sorting parcels by destination (including separating dealer orders for weekly pick‑up).
• Help ensure orders leave right the first time by checking that product, quantities and addresses meet specifications and documenting any issues for follow‑up.
