Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Temporary Turn Associate to provide leasing office support during turnover at a student housing community. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure move-in quality standards are met, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility to work 32–40 hours weekly, including weekends, with reliable transportation.

The Temporary Turn Associate will provide temporary assistance in the leasing office during turnover at a student housing apartment community. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administration tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. What You'll Do:

• Assist the team with general office administration as needed.
• Assist with resident requests regarding the move in/move out process.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
• Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
