Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Temporary Turn Associate to provide turnover support at a student housing apartment community. You will perform admin and maintenance tasks to ensure move-in standards are met, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service to residents and vendors.

Responsibilities include assisting with repairs to vacant apartments, touch-up painting, grounds keeping, and following safety policies.

Qualifications

No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist with necessary repairs and improvements to vacant student apartments prior to move-in.
Perform touch up painting as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.
Support expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and practicing the correct use of tools and equipment.
Ensure adherence to the company's safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
