The University of Georgia is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Assistant to support the Turfgrass Research Field on the UGA Griffin Campus. This role focuses on routine outdoor maintenance to keep research plots accessible and in good condition.
Duties include mowing, weed eating/edging, and irrigation repairs. A high school diploma is required, and the ability to work independently in outdoor conditions with exposure to sun and heat.
This position is needed provide assistance with the maintenance of Turfgrass Research Field on the UGA Griffin Campus.
High School Graduate.
Able to work independently.
Light lifting (20 lbs), exposure to sunlight and heat outside while working.
