Qualifications

• Two years experience in occupational or physical therapy.
• AZ IVP FPCC updated and valid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and screenings to determine eligibility.
• Participate in evaluation and IEP meetings with families and team.
• Develop individualized education programs with evaluation team and parents.
• Consult with physicians for referrals or additional information.
• Provide home programs to families to reinforce objectives.
