HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a results-driven Temporary Staffing Recruiter to support rapid hiring across multiple facilities. You will source, screen, and place temporary staff, managing the full lifecycle from outreach to onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of recruiting, strong high-volume experience, and proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter. This remote role offers travel between facilities as needed and a focus on immediate staffing

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, temporary, contract, or high-volume positions preferred.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place candidates for temporary, short-term, hourly, and high-volume staffing needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding and placement.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.

This role will focus on quickly identifying, engaging, screening, and placing qualified candidates for temporary, short-term, and high-volume staffing needs.The Temporary Staffing Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing through placement and onboarding, while maintaining a strong pipeline of readily available candidates.
