Shift: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Weekend Work: Negotiable

The pharmacist will work closely with home infusion health care nurses providing care to the patients and ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored.

Bachelor's Degree; Preferred: Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience
