Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and manage therapies for home infusion and specialty patients.
• Conduct medication therapy management and clinical reviews.
• Provide drug information and education to patients and providers.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize outcomes and continuity of care.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and receiving medications.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement and growth of the pharmacy.
• Mentor and supervise support staff as needed.
