Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles; associate’s degree in accounting or higher preferred.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multi‑task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions such as mail processing and file maintenance.
• Support accounts payable by vouchering vendor invoices and filing payment packages.
• Support accounts receivable by posting cash receipts and researching past-dues.
• Conduct general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
