Position Summary

ProSmile is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to support our growing talent acquisition needs on a part-time, temporary basis. This role will focus on identifying and engaging top talent across clinical and non-clinical roles for high-priority openings. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using various sourcing tools and strategies to build strong pipelines and support other recruiting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations to identify critical hiring needs and prioritize sourcing accordingly.
• Actively source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, resume databases, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Upload candidate resumes into designated SharePoint folders for Office Managers to access and manage.
• Provide weekly updates on sourcing activities, pipeline progress and market insights.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support.
• Dental industry experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
• Familiarity with dental, healthcare, or multi-site organizations is a plus.
