Outdoor Research is seeking a Temporary Sourcing Lead in Seattle to support the finished goods vendor space and collaborate with the Product Team across categories. You will execute sourcing and costing strategies to help deliver high-quality products.
The role reports to the Sr. Director of Sourcing and Quality and requires strong vendor management, negotiation, and cross-functional communication. Flexible hours may be needed to accommodate time zones and project deadlines.

Position: Temporary Full-Time, Hybrid, 3 days in-office, 3 - 6 month employee leave coverage.
Rate: $38.46 per hour

Our vendor partners are very important to us. This role will also execute sourcing and costing strategies to help deliver excellent product.
