Responsibilities

• Support social commerce strategy execution across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including product tagging and uploads in tools such as TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Manage administrative workflows including asset organization, content tracking, affiliate setup, marketplace monitoring and escalation, shop maintenance, and team communications.
• Assist with social content calendar management, scheduling, and publishing to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to collect product information, creative assets, and campaign updates; support commerce expansion projects, pilots, and new features.
• Track and report performance metrics such as GMV, conversions, AOV, clicks, engagement, and revenue, while monitoring trends, platform updates, and competitor activity for actionable insights.
