If you're passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals while working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide comprehensive academic advising, degree planning, and student success coaching to assigned students.* Guide students through curriculum requirements, registration, financial aid resources, VA benefits, and graduation planning.* Proactively communicate with students throughout their academic journey to support retention, persistence, and timely degree completion.* Maintain accurate student records and documentation across university systems, including Campus Solutions, Salesforce, and SharePoint.* Support local site operations by assisting with community outreach, student engagement activities, compliance initiatives, and facility coordination.* Collaborate with faculty, site leadership, and university departments to address student needs and enhance the overall student experience.* Assist with budget-related processes, operational planning, and regulatory compliance activities as needed.* Participate in graduation events, local outreach opportunities, and other university initiatives that promote Embry-Riddle's mission.This is a temporary full-time Site Advisor opportunity located at our Hill Air Force Base site in Utah.
