In this role, you'll provide personalized academic advising, foster student engagement, support site operations, and collaborate with campus and community partners to ensure an exceptional student experience. If you're passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals while working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide comprehensive academic advising, degree planning, and student success coaching to assigned students.* Guide students through curriculum requirements, registration, financial aid resources, VA benefits, and graduation planning.* Proactively communicate with students throughout their academic journey to support retention, persistence, and timely degree completion.* Maintain accurate student records and documentation across university systems, including Campus Solutions, Salesforce, and SharePoint.* Support local site operations by assisting with community outreach, student engagement activities, compliance initiatives, and facility coordination.* Collaborate with faculty, site leadership, and university departments to address student needs and enhance the overall student experience.* Assist with budget-related processes, operational planning, and regulatory compliance activities as needed.* Participate in graduation events, local outreach opportunities, and other university initiatives that promote Embry-Riddle's mission.This is a temporary full-time Site Advisor opportunity located at our Hill Air Force Base site in Utah.
