Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Power Platform professional to design and maintain scalable solutions that meet business needs. The role emphasizes Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development, plus strong SharePoint Online administration.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, integrate across Microsoft 365 services, and support ongoing operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Minimum of three years of professional work experience.
US Citizenship or Green Card is required; visa sponsorship is not eligible.
Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust before onboarding; active Public Trust or suitability is preferred.
Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, permissions, and page design.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and integration points (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Dataverse).
Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and support.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions to support business processes and reporting needs.
Build and support SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and custom forms.
Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and other 365 services to streamline data exchange.
Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
Document solution designs, workflows, and support procedures for maintainability.
