Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 5-month temporary assignment in Edina, MN. You will contribute to general ledger, month-end close, payroll accounting, and tax compliance while supporting external audits. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2–3 years of public accounting are required.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting, you’ll gain exposure to broader finance operations and growth opportunities within EVEREVE. This role is not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2–3 years of public accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, with ownership mindset.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours when needed and meet deadlines.
• Able to collaborate well with EVEREVE team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger accounting and month-end close support.
• Prepare and input journal entries and month-end adjusting entries.
• Prepare reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
• Maintain equity schedules and assist with external audits.
• Payroll accounting entries, benefit invoices, and 401k-related tasks.
• Tax compliance, quarterly/state/local payments, and tax notices.
• Assist with internal controls documentation and process improvements.
