Children’s Minnesota seeks a Security Operations Center Dispatcher to monitor alarms, CCTV, and access controls, coordinating security responses to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

The temporary 6‑month assignment requires strong multitasking, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to work Fri-Tue 2pm–10pm and pass required trainings, including BLS/AED and respirator procedures.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's/Associate in related field preferred.
• Experience in security/public safety/dispatcher roles preferred.
• Healthcare knowledge/experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor alarms, CCTV and access control systems to maintain safety.
• Coordinate security and emergency responses as needed.
• Maintain logs of calls for service and incident reports.
• Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
