The Sales Associate is the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations in a blend of luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom.
