Position: Seasonal Temporary Associate

Role: Sales & Sales Support

The Temporary Associate plays a vital role in the store’s success during high-volume periods by supporting our brand commitment to providing excellent products and service. We seek passionate brand ambassadors to join our store teams during our peak season, which runs from October 15 through January 1. Responsibilities include:

1. Engaging customers using Coach Experience Service standards and selling behaviors.
2. Interacting genuinely and naturally with customers.
3. Maintaining accuracy when operating POS systems and adhering to cash handling policies.
4. Ensuring accurate email, name, and data capture where permitted by law.
5. Upholding proper phone etiquette when answering store calls.
6. Driving sales conversion through client engagement and omni-channel techniques.
7. Supporting back-of-house tasks as needed.
8. Representing the Coach brand appropriately.
9. Having basic computer skills and the ability to work at a fast pace.
10. Paying attention to detail and accuracy.
11. Being able to climb, bend, and kneel.
12. Meeting Coach’s scheduling expectations, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.
