Reports to: Store Manager

Position: Seasonal Temporary Associate

Job Responsibilities – Sale & Sales Support
  1. Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectation and selling behaviors.
  2. Interact genuinely and naturally with customers.
  3. Maintain accuracy when operating POS and adhere to Coach cash handling policy.
  4. Ensure accurate email/name and data capture where permitted by law.
  5. Uphold proper phone etiquette when answering store calls.
  6. Drive conversion through client engagement and omni-selling techniques.
  7. Support back of house tasks as needed.
  8. Represent the Coach brand appropriately.
  9. Possess basic computer skills.
  10. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
  11. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  12. Physical ability to climb, bend, and kneel.
  13. Availability to work from October 15 through January 1, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Setup

Base Pay Range: $15.00 to $19.00 hourly
