Job summary

University of Notre Dame is seeking temporary/on-call Servers for Rohr's in campus Hospitality. You will deliver prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced dining environment, greeting guests, describing offerings, and communicating orders to the kitchen and bar.

As a Server, you will ensure accuracy, handle payments, and maintain service standards while adhering to food safety procedures. This role supports events and daily campus dining needs with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Positive, respectful, excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for temporary/on-call Servers at Rohr's in our campus Hospitality department. The UOES Division oversees the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations.

Server

As a Server at Notre Dame, you'll be the heart of our dining experience, providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every guest. Your role goes beyond just serving; it's about anticipating needs, recognizing preferences, and responding with warmth and professionalism.
