Responsibilities

• Verify weekly EFT Files in Microsoft Dynamics D365 and the banking system
• Prepare and reconcile the weekly Invoice Report using Dynamics D365 and EFT File; distribute to departments
• Input weekly exception claims and reconcile affected accounts
• Prepare reports for instant games termination and analyze net sales, prize expense, prize liability, prizes paid, and return to education
• Manage the tax database quarterly and create the commission summaries database
• Review ARD/ARDS daily journals and IC S Report for traditional and digital; reconcile data before distribution

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for a Temporary Retail Accountant assignment focused on ensuring the integrity of complex financial data. This role ensures the accuracy of our operations by performing regular audits, verifications, and balances on high-volume transactional data.

Responsibilities:

• Verify weekly EFT Files in Microsoft Dynamics D365 and the banking system
• Prepare and reconcile the weekly Invoice Report using Microsoft Dynamics D365 and EFT File. Distribute the file to the necessary departments
• Input weekly exception claims and the reconciliation of the affected accounts
• Prepares reports for instant games terminating and provides an analysis of net sales, prize expense, prize liability, prizes paid, and the return to education
• Manages the tax database quarterly and the creation of the commission summaries database
• Reviews automated daily journal (ARD and ARDS) with the IC S Report for both traditional and digital and verifies the daily total. Prepares reports and creates spreadsheets to reconcile reported data before distributing information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of Accounting Procedures and Practices, including U.S. GAAP and Fraud rules
• Knowledge of Accounting Software Systems – Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred
• Skills with SAS and Business Intelligence reporting
• Strong Skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Hiring Range: $25 – 27 hr.
