Responsibilities

• Help evaluate receiving spaces to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks timely and accurately.
• Follow company safety standards at all times and look out for safety of others.
• Coordinate duties with opening team members for efficient preparation.
• Store food orders properly; rotate stock using FIFO and monitor shelf life.
• Maintain working knowledge of restaurant equipment; perform other tasks as assigned.
