Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between medical team and participants to ensure ethical enrollment.
• Review medical criteria to determine trial eligibility.
• Coordinate with physicians and use databases, social media, flyers for recruitment.
• Conduct initial medical interviews and chart reviews to verify eligibility against protocols.
• Educate candidates and families on study purpose, risks, benefits, and timeline during consent.
• Book qualified candidates for in-person screenings.
• Log call details, candidate interest, and enrollment progress in a clinical trial system.
• Maintain contact with enrolled patients to ensure attendance and protocol compliance.
• Track applicant files, update databases, and protect private data under HIPAA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

5. Educates candidates and their families on the study’s purpose, trial risks, benefits, and timeline during the official consent process.
6. Books qualified candidates for in-person medical screenings.
7. Logs call details, candidate interest, and enrollment progress in a clinical trial management system.
8. Maintains regular contact with enrolled patients to ensure they attend appointments and stay compliant with the study protocol.
9. Tracks applicant files, updates databases, and protects private participant data under HIPPA regulations.
10. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
