Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in diverse community settings.
• Experience with data entry, or research software (REDCap, SPSS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection across community sites.
• Support daily research operations and study protocols.
• Assist in recruitment and interviews with ethical and culturally sensitive engagement.
• Implement retention strategies and follow-up procedures.
• Maintain documentation, assist in preparing progress reports, and contribute to research summaries and presentations.
• Engage with local partners, attend community events, and represent FIU in outreach activities.
• Adhere to IRB protocols, HIPAA regulations, and FIU research ethics standards.
• Handle other project tasks as required.
