Temporary Part-Time Research Assistant, Economic Dignity Lab, McCourt School of Public Policy - Georgetown University. The Economic Dignity Lab develops evidence-based policy proposals focused on ensuring all Americans have the ability to provide for loved ones, pursue purpose and potential, and work with respect and dignity. The Research Assistant supports the Lab’s mission by conducting policy research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of publications and curriculum materials on economic dignity issues, with particular emphasis on AI’s impact on workers, job creation strategies, and workforce policy.

The Research Assistant reports directly to the Managing Director of the Economic Dignity Lab and works collaboratively with commissioned policy experts, McCourt School faculty, and fellow student researchers. This position serves as a vital link between the Lab’s policy development work and its educational mission, supporting both external publications and student-facing curriculum initiatives. The role advances Georgetown University’s commitment to empowering people in service of others by contributing to research that seeks tangible policy impact on economic well-being for workers and families across the nation.
