Colorado College, located on Main Campus in Colorado Springs, seeks a Temporary Research Assistant in the Education Department. This hourly, nonexempt role provides support for literature reviews, data collection and analysis, and coordination with project stakeholders throughout the research process.
You will help with data management, secure records, and dissemination of findings while collaborating with faculty and partners.

The Education Research Assistant provides comprehensive support for research initiatives by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, maintaining secure research records, coordinating communication with project stakeholders, and assisting with the dissemination of research findings. Working closely with faculty, research partners, and participants, the position contributes to all phases of the research process to advance project goals and support high-quality scholarly work.
Communication centers on exchange and receipt of information but may involve basic collaboration with other employees.
Interactions with others outside the organization are limited in that there is an expected handoff to another employee.
Work requires intermediate skills and knowledge in approaches and systems, which support the design and implementation of major programs and/or processes.
