Job summary

Colorado College is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant in the Education Department on Main Campus. The role provides support for research initiatives, including literature reviews, data collection and analysis, and scholarly dissemination.

The position involves coordinating with faculty and project partners, maintaining secure research records, and assisting with communications among stakeholders to advance project goals. Hours are 12.5 per week, 150 per year for 3 months; nonexempt/hourly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Research Design, Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct literature reviews and support data collection methods.
• Research Administration & Data Management: Maintain organized records and secure data storage.
• Partnership Coordination & Research Operations: Coordinate meetings and communicate with research partners.
• Research Dissemination & Scholarly Communication: Support dissemination of findings through posters, reports, and manuscripts.
