Uniting Holding is seeking a temporary Salesforce Consultant to add business process automation and develop solutions within Salesforce for our Mosaic Pharmacy Service. Responsibilities include configuring Salesforce functionality and collaborating with product teams to fulfill business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, health plan, and/or retail pharmacy sector of healthcare a plus.
• Proficient at listening, assessing and responding to end user and stakeholder feedback.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

• Add Salesforce functionality including design/configuration of Custom Objects.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with our Salesforce Administrator to develop new features.

Skills

Salesforce certified Advanced Administrator

Salesforce certified Service Cloud Consultant

Salesforce certified Platform App Builder

Experience leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions

Proficiency with Salesforce data model design

Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
