Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their Chicago team!

This position starts asap and will be an ongoing role with the potential to go perm down the line.

Location: Chicago, IL

Hours: 8am - 5pm

*Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and guests warmly, building positive relationships and understanding individual preferences.
  • Ensure client comfort and satisfaction through proactive support and personalized service.
  • Maintain client preference profiles and implement surprise-and-delight initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client requests, coordinating timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide concierge support, including recommendations and bookings for restaurants, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Coordinate catering and assist with event planning, setup, and execution for meetings and special events.
  • Conduct regular floor checks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and fully stocked supplies in common areas.
  • Maintain and restock printers and supplies, deliver items to client desks, and assist with document scanning.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Remain familiar with emergency protocols and assist clients during emergencies to ensure their safety.
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work alongside a team
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various software and systems.
