Dieffenbach’s Snacks in Womelsdorf, PA is seeking a Temporary QA Technician to join the WM Team C for about one month. You will perform sensory checks, verify salt and seasoning, and inspect bag weight, color, and texture. This role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and staying vigilant in a warm, loud production environment.

Pay is $21.00 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential. The position offers hands-on training and opportunities to contribute to quality improvements.

• Ability to work on your feet in a warm, active environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain pace on 12-hour shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Taste potatoes, chips, oil, and packaging to verify quality.
• Check seasoning levels to ensure flavor hits.
• Inspect color, crunch, moisture, and bag weight.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe.
• Identify products not meeting standards and investigate causes.
• Record findings clearly and communicate adjustments.
• Assist with training or samples as needed.
