Dieffenbach's Snacks in Womelsdorf, PA is seeking a Temporary QA Technician for the WM Team C to uphold our quality standards on the production line. You will taste, inspect, and log results, ensuring bags seal properly, salt levels are correct, and packaging meets exacting specs.

You’ll work in a warm, fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs and collaborating with operators to resolve issues. This 1-month assignment includes on-shift training and a focus on safety and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting snack quality and packaging.
• Able to work in a warm, loud production environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Taste potatoes, chips, oil, and packaging to ensure flavor balance.
• Check salt and seasoning levels to hit target flavor.
• Inspect color, crunch, moisture, and bag weight for standards.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe.
• Identify non-conforming products and help investigate causes.
• Record findings clearly and communicate adjustments.
• Assist with training or samples as needed.
