Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced and seasoned Property Manager for a temporary assignmentto oversee an established market apartment community in Boston, MA.
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall direction of all site office and maintenance staff within their portfolio. Other responsibilities include ensuring the apartment community is optimally occupied, properly staffed with skilled personnel, preparing budgets and monitoring compliance within budget constraints.
An ideal candidate has management expertise in the areas of marketing, resident relations, government housing regulations, budgetary analysis and staff supervision.
