PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a temporary Maintenance Technician to prepare vacant units for occupancy, maintain common areas, and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents in Madison, WI. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and basic numbers.
• Ability to speak simple sentences.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vacant units for occupancy and ensuring a professional appearance.
• Cleaning leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas daily or as scheduled.
• Maintaining inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by property/management company.
• Providing courteous, efficient response to resident and management requests; reporting unusual circumstances.
• Adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
