Job summary

ACC Management Group seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician for Merchant Place, a brand-new 124-unit multi-family lease-up community in Madison, WI, opening Sept 8, 2026. Responsible for interior/exterior upkeep, preventative maintenance, and on-call rotations to support a premium resident experience.

You will work closely with the site team, vendors, and construction partners to ensure a well-maintained property and timely work orders, with a strong emphasis on safety and resident service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors for maintenance issues in apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition; keep work areas clean.
• Perform electrical duties: outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers.
• Handle plumbing tasks: faucets, toilets, drains; re-piping as needed.
• Repair/maintain heating/cooling; replace filters and coils.
