Responsibilities
- Leading and managing core teams for various event projects
- Consulting and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to determine event objectives
- Planning and executing events in alignment with corporate guidelines
- Negotiating contracts and coordinating logistics with service providers
- Problem‑solving on the fly and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field
- At least two years of experience in meeting planning
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for customer relations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
Additional Information
You Should Know: This role is virtual. This role will require travel.
Travel requirements for this role are as follows: 50% to 75%.
