Temporary Project Coordinator Job Description
As our Temporary Project Coordinator, you are a detail-driven professional who thrives in high-volume creative environments. You’ll drive end-to-end execution of multichannel marketing campaigns across print, digital, and media.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with creatives, production, and the account team to deliver quality work on time. All while keeping everyone aligned and informed.
This is a temporary, full-time W2 contract role with a term of six months that supports a mission driven agency with a strong reputation in nonprofit fundraising and healthcare marketing.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage multichannel creative projects from kickoff to delivery (print, digital, email, media)
- Create, maintain, and communicate project timelines, scopes, and deliverables using Wrike.com
- Coordinate creative approvals, trafficking, and QA (print and digital assets)
- Ensure client mandatories and brand guidelines are met with precision
- Surface risks early and escalate blockers proactively
- Participate in forecasting conversations to help balance team workloads
- Assume responsibility for maintaining coherent and consistent workflow
- Follow and adhere to established project management methodology and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality
- Ownership of creative and email quality – QC client edits and ensure mandatories are followed
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion, equity, and respectful collaboration
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a creative or integrated marketing agency (client services or PM roles preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Experience with tools like Wrike, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Adobe Suite (or similar)
- Clear, proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and pivot gracefully when priorities shift
- Strong grasp of quality assurance processes for both print and email assets
- Tenacious, diplomatic, confident, resourceful, and results driven
- Bonus: Experience in direct response or fundraising marketing
Term
- This W2 contract role is available between August 4, 2025 – January 30, 2026
